Job Description
Duties
- Provides technical leadership across WSSCs existing ServiceNow modules and guides design for SPM and CSM adoption.
- Defines technical blueprints for incident problem change request and asset lifecycle processes.
- Conducts architecture reviews ensuring compliance cost and risk visibility across IT assets.
- Designs integrations with HR finance and GIS systems where needed for asset and customer data.
Experience Requirement
- 10 years in enterprise application/system architecture including 5 years architecting ServiceNow solutions.
Specialized Experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Mgmt Pro (hardware/software lifecycle).
- Proven delivery of SPM and/or CSM implementations at enterprise scale.
- Strong expertise with PA dashboards for asset compliance cost management and SLA tracking.
