Job Summary:
The IT Analyst position supports IT projects by applying business analysis principles and best practices. This role involves managing system definition design and implementation contributing to requirements traceability conducting feasibility studies analyzing system problems and providing technical support to users. The IT Analyst will also prepare documentation perform system testing and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Apply business analysis principles and best practices.
- Prepare SDLC documentation.
- Support estimating resourcing and equipment needs.
- Support project plans and schedules.
- Monitor test and track projects.
- Manage automated/manual system definition design and implementation.
- Contribute to the traceability of business requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and publish findings.
- Analyze and evaluate system problems and recommend solutions.
- Author and publish comprehensive written documentation.
- Perform system testing and coordinate implementation of changes.
- Prepare comprehensive written documentation of testing activities.
- Provide technical support to users.
- Train and guide other analysts.
- Analyze and evaluate user/system requirements.
- Make oral and written presentations on system changes.
- Ensure system modifications are in compliance with guidelines.
- Participate in coordinating and supporting IT projects.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure IT projects are supported effectively.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the specified location at the time of submission.
- Must be available for in-person interviews within 1 week of the posting close date.
- Must be able to start within 2 weeks of an offer being made.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with SDLC documentation.
- Knowledge of Project Management Institute standards.
- Familiarity with Network Infrastructure and Software Development Methodologies.
