Description
- One FHIR and JAVA skilled contractor developer is needed to assist with the implementation of the CMS mandated Healthcare Interoperability project. The contractor will work with the development team and the business team in the design development and implementation of FHIR-based API solutions to meet the CMS requirements.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Hands on experience with Oracle and in programming languages such as Java Spring boot Javascript
- Strong understanding of HL7 FHIR 4.0.1 standard and FHIR implementation guides like DaVinci CARIN US Core etc.
- Experience performing data mapping of Source data sets to FHIR resources
- At least 2 years of experience in HL7 FHIR implementation.
- Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API development
- Hand on experience using OAuth
- Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and AWS DevOps
- Experience securing APIs Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define specifications for data exchange
- Create conceptual and detailed architecture for APIs using FHIR resources
- Design develop and implement HL7 FHIR interfaces and solutions
- Test and troubleshoot HL7 FHIR implementations to ensure reliability and compatibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the web
- application with FHIR API endpoints and other data sources in a seamless manner.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing HL7 FHIR interfaces
- Stay current on industry standards and best practices for healthcare data exchange
- Document designs implementations and configurations for future reference
