Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Salesforce platform development to lead and deliver enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced agile environment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem solver capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design development and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce and Salesforce APIs.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement efficient end-to-end business processes.
Drive bi-weekly release cycles ensuring high-quality deliverables and quick turnaround on enhancements and fixes.
Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations ensuring performance scalability and security.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews technical design sessions and architectural decisions.
Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and strategic IT goals.
Required Skills:
Minimum 10 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Expertise in Apex LWC SOQL/SOSL Flows Process Builder and custom metadata types.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model security model and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs Platform Events).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with bi-weekly sprint cycles and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment quickly analyze issues and deliver effective solutions under tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II Application Architect or System Architect are highly preferred.
10 years of overall IT experience with proven leadership in enterprise-level projects.
