- Expertise in Pega Platform Architecture: Proven experience in designing scalable secure and resilient solutions using Pega 8.8.5 and Constellation UI including model-driven architecture and low-code development
- Business Rules Management & Process Automation: Ability to separate and manage business rules independently from application code automate workflows end-to-end and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Integration & API Strategy: Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs Boomi middleware and microservices architecture for seamless integration with third-party systems and legacy platforms
- AI/ML and GenAI Enablement: Familiarity with Pega GenAI features like Knowledge Buddy GenAI Coach and Process AI to enhance decision-making user experience and automation
