JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Video Coordinator is responsible for execution of video capture and post-production activities across our in-house creative service team.
- This individual works closely with Manager Video Production & Post-Production facilitating video capture edit and related post-production activities to ensure all video projects deliver at the highest quality possible.
Responsibilities
- Directly execute video capture and post-production work as assigned
- Receive organize and manage creative assets project files and design deliverables to ensure accurate on-time and high-quality deliverables
- Provide recommendations for video capture edit and delivery to best meet the needs of the creative vision
- Lead on-site video capture as assigned; use working knowledge of cameras lighting audio and video-specific equipment for efficient and high-quality results
- Edit video footage for intended final use as assigned; integrate footage or content from outside vendors and partners
- Use working knowledge of editing color grading motion graphics and other post-production software for efficient and high-quality results
- Perform quality checks of work-in-progress as needed to ensure accurate on-time and high-quality deliverables
- Package and release final design deliverables to internal and external partners
- Archive final released files according to established standards
- Support proper asset metadata and tagging
Qualifications & Experience
- 1-2 years experience in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience in similar roles a plus.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail time management and organization skills
- Comfortable working in deadline-oriented environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Expertise in Adobe Premier Pro After Effects and Creative Suite required
- Experience in DaVinci Resolve a plus
