Job Summary

Minimum 15 years of experience in HCM applications with strong techno functional exposure.
Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HCM Payroll Time & Labor and Absence Management.
Hands-on experience in configuration testing and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
Involved in at least three Oracle Cloud HCM implementation/support projects.
Strong understanding of both functional processes and technical components (e.g. integrations reports).
Ability to manage all phases of the project lifecycle.
Must be available to work onsite at the client location.
Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification preferred.
