Job Description
- Minimum 15 years of experience in HCM applications with strong techno functional exposure.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HCM Payroll Time & Labor and Absence Management.
- Hands-on experience in configuration testing and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Involved in at least three Oracle Cloud HCM implementation/support projects.
- Strong understanding of both functional processes and technical components (e.g. integrations reports).
- Ability to manage all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Must be available to work onsite at the client location.
- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Certification preferred.
