The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy in the Non-IT domain with a focus on client retention and management. Additionally the candidate must have prior experience in managing a team of recruiters and a strong network for candidate sourcing on LinkedIn to reduce reliance on traditional job portals.
