We are seeking an experienced Account Manager - Recruitment to join our team in Noida. This role involves managing a team of 4-6 recruiters and interns serving as the primary point of contact with clients and ensuring timely closure of positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing the billing value of existing clients by maintaining strong relationships and timely talent supply. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy in the Non-IT domain with a focus on client retention and management. Additionally the candidate must have prior experience in managing a team of recruiters and a strong network for candidate sourcing on LinkedIn to reduce reliance on traditional job portals.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of 4-6 recruiters and interns
Serve as the main point of contact with clients
Ensure timely closure of positions
Increase the billing value of existing clients

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in Recruitment Consultancy (Non-IT domain)
Experience in client retention and management
