Job Summary

BARPORTER X 2 (HOURLY PAID)

Job Summary:

To maintain standards Bar stock levelsand tidiness

Responsible to operate within the policies and proceduresas set out in the operating manual

KeyResponsibilities:

Washing and clearing of crockeryand glassware

Assisting in daily set up

Assisting Barman with service

Collecting food orders from themain kitchen

Cleaning back of house area

Clearing wastage containers aftereach shift
