In Clinical Development we are looking for 2 new colleagues to drive the clinical trials within Emerging Health category and within Womens Health category.

Welcome to Clinical Development
The Clinical Development department sits within the Science & Innovation team and is responsible for conducting clinical and real world evidence (RWE) studies to support the innovation and commercialization of our products across all our business models and regions. As a science-led company we hold ourselves to high scientific standards when designed and conducting research. We recognize the value of various research methods from demonstrating the efficacy of our biosolutions through gold-standard randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trials through to exploring the effectiveness of our products through real-world studies.
In this role youll make an impact by:
Driving clinical trials within our Emerging Health category and Womens Health category implies:
- Ensure the successful planning execution completion and reporting of clinical trials - globally and across the Novonesis organization - while adhering to regulatory requirements GCP (Good Clinical Practice) guidelines company SOPs (Standard Operation Procedure) and company objectives.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to oversee and steer the various phases of the clinical projects within defined timelines and budget constraints.
- Act as a point of contact for external vendors CROs (Contract Research Organizations) researchers and investigational sites to facilitate effective communication and partnership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination across all aspects of clinical projects.
- Provide guidance and expertise to meet scientific and commercial objectives to maximize probability of success of the clinical trial and consequently increase return of investment.
To succeed you must hold:
- BSc/MSc/PhD in relevant life science
Relevant professional skills:
- Excellent understanding of research methods with pragmatic critical appraisal skills
- Strong project management skills
- 5 years of experience
- Proficient in English written and spoken
Relevant personal/behavioral skills :
- Thriving in a changing and global environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development

Location: This position could either be in Hrsholm Berlin or Cork
Expected travel days per year is up to 20.
