What youll do:
- Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
- Develop strategic results-driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long-term performance.
- Upsell and optimize client campaigns increasing spend and engagement.
- Analyze market trends customer objectives and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
- Handle outbound calls daily identify client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR).
What were looking for:
- German C2 English B2 - C1
- Degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- 2 years experience in sales marketing or account management ideally with client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances.
- Skilled in CRM tools data analysis and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads experience preferred).
- Proactive target-driven and confident in delivering presentations and building relationships.
