Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform optics fabrication process such as part shaping cutting rounding cleaning milling polishing and inspection etc.
- Multiple task skills operates at least 3 skills set in the Fabrication or Polishing section.
- Produce parts according to process specification and achieve required specification on each process.
- Provide training to new employee if necessary.
- Perform all duties work instruction and standard procedure.
Education & Experience
- Secondaryeducation experience or Trade Certificate holder.
- Comfortable to work in a cleanroom environment and are able to follow the strict policy and procedures in the cleanroom environment
- Candidates with NITEC certificate but without any working experience are welcome to apply
Skills
- Able to pay attention to details careful & thorough in work attitude.
- Ability to perform machine set-up and simple troubleshooting
- Will deal with some laser-related measurement equipment such as Wedge Set-up & Zygo interferometer etc.
- Must be proficient in measurement instruments like caliper and dial indicator
- Basic computer skill e.g. data entry
- Work effectively with team members
Working Conditions
- This role is 100% onsite
- Monday to Friday and must be open to work in shift hours on normal workday Shifts
