Responsabilities:
- Implementation of projects requiring IT components applications modules information systems.
- Analysis of business stakeholder requirements to create technical specifications (CRD Change Request Document)
- Responsible for writing technical and functional documentation
- Communicating and supporting technical requirements to internal (RO) and external (EN) partners based on a standardized request submission process
- Validation of technical solutions proposed by internal/external partners through FSDs (Functional Specification Documents) aiming for optimal integration between various elements: applications infrastructure data business processes business organization IT organization
- Providing support during the project lifecycle and post-implementation (writing technical test scenarios doing together with business UAT UAT signoff)
- Supporting the Change Management process (communication organizational transformation move to production hyper care)
- Providing Level 2 support for applications and systems under responsibility
- Supporting Level 1 teams and contributing to the optimization of repetitive processes
- Identifying and proposing ways to optimize processes and technical solutions in collaboration with external partners and IT teams
Mandatory requirement:
- Technical experience in the Ecommerce domain is required
- Participating in the analysis design and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Language spoken and written : Romanian / English
The Schedule of work is as following :
- 3 days onsite - Bucharest (Plaza Romania sector 6)
- 2 days remote Work from Home
