About Bean Squeeze

We are a predominantly drive-thru coffee and food brand with 14 stores around the Geelong area and 4 new stores opening in 2025.
Established in 2006 with a passion for great coffee and delicious food we pride ourselves on our warm service welcoming atmosphere and our commitment to ensuring that both our customers and team Leave Happier.
Heres what youll be doing:
- Making sure every customer leaves with a smile and a fantastic coffee experience
- Bringing fun and positivity to the work environment
- Following all Bean Squeeze procedures to keep things running smoothly
- Keeping the store spick and span
To be a part of our team you must:
- Have a knack for delivering great customer service
- Love the fast-paced environment of a busy coffee shop
- Be a hard worker with a great work ethic
- Be available to work some weekends
- Have a personality thats as warm and friendly
- Either love coffee or be eager to learn all about it
