The Baggage Service Agent assists passengers with lost delayed or damaged luggage ensuring prompt resolution accurate record-keeping and compliance with service and safety standards.
WHAT ITS LIKE TO WORK AS A BAGGAGE SERVICE AGENT
- Assist passengers with inquiries and claims for delayed lost or damaged baggage.
- File reports and initiate tracking procedures to recover lost luggage efficiently.
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to passengers regarding baggage status.
- Coordinate with airline staff and baggage handlers to resolve baggage issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all baggage service interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with airport safety and security protocols while delivering high-quality customer service.
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Communicate effectively in English (reading writing speaking)
- 1 Year Customer Service experience
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets Computers and Mobile Devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic means
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA TSA Port Authority U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- Airlines are 24/7 so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
