Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. This role will report directly to the Director HR and serve as a key partner in driving people strategy and HR operations across the organization. The HR Manager will assist the Director HR in executing all aspects of the HR functionfrom talent acquisition and workforce planning to employee engagement and culture-buildingensuring alignment with organizational goals. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong operational expertise a strategic mindset and the ability to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle with a focus on extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and manage all HR operational processes efficiently.
- Lead initiatives focused on talent optimization to ensure our employees are engaged productive and developed to their full potential. This includes performance management career path development and succession planning.
- Conduct manpower planning to forecast future workforce needs identify skill gaps and develop strategies to ensure we have the right talent in the right roles at the right time.
- Manage and optimize our HRIS to improve data accuracy streamline HR processes and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers on all HR-related issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and policy interpretation.
- Champion our company culture and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop reporting and deliver analyses of HR data
Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven track record with extensive experience in TA and operations.
- MBA/BBA degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
