***This position is for a Building Operator role based in downtown Vancouver BC***
About the role
You are a great teammate who thrives in delivering top-quality customer service to our clients. You are organized and manage daily operations including water treatment testing and supervising HVAC systems equipment logs lighting plumbing and DDC systems. You respond quickly to occupant requests and are responsive. You also understand that given the unique nature of the property you may be called upon to lead and participate in unique initiatives. This role may require emergency procedures training at multiple locations.
You build positive working relationships with tenants and your team members sharing your expertise and collaborating as a group.
You work with minimal direction and bring your technical expertise to a hard-working team.
What you bring
1-3 years of related experience in a commercial real estate environment
5th Power Engineering Certification at minimum
Strong communication and customer service skills
A valid drivers licence for British Columbia
Ability to multitask and be responsive to time-sensitive tasks
Flexible in working hours and able to respond to emergencies after hours
Approximate Salary Range for Role: $55000.00 to $60000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
