About ACEM
The Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (ACEM) is a not-for-profit organisation responsible for the training assessment and continuing professional development of emergency physicians as well as the advancement of professional standards in emergency medicine in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

The Position
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Events Coordinator to join the College on a 10 month contract basis covering a parental leave position. Although this is a full time role we are open to 4 days/week for the right candidate.
In this role you will be part of a high performing team responsible for managing all aspects of planning coordination and delivery of College events meetings and sponsorship. Make an impact in a hands on pivotal role in a purpose driven organisation that offers great benefits.
ACEM is based in the Melbourne CBD close to public transport and offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Travel will be required to support events in various locations and the successful candidate will be part of the team travelling to the Gold Coast to deliver the Colleges annual flagship conference from Thursday 20 November to Friday 28 November 2025.
