Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls from a multi-line telephone
- Greet customers and direct them to the proper department in a timely manner
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
- Represent the Dealership in a friendly professional manner
- Type memos correspondence reports and other documents along with filing
- Monitor keys and license plates
- Daily bank mail tag office errands
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Computer skills and 6 months related experience
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- High school diploma/GED
