Your role
Saab is looking for a Security Investigations and incident management officer at Group Security.
As a Investigations and incident management officer at Saab Group Security you will work in an international environment where advanced security threats are part of the everyday business alongside complex business environments and projects with high business impact.
Your responsibility will be security investigations and incident management. You will conduct and coordinate advanced security investigations across the company and take a leading role in Saabs security incident management and follow up actions. You will provide incident analysis to support the security strategic and operational planning and be a key player in raising security awareness at Saab.
You will report to Saab Groups Deputy Chief Security Officer.
Your main tasks will be:
- Advanced security investigations
- Incident- and crisis management
- Developing of methods tools and processes for investigations and incident management
- Analysis of trends with reference to investigations and incidents
- Liaison with internal and external parties
- Teaching training and presentations
Your profile
Required skills:
- Experience from security/criminal investigations in government authorities and/or in a similar civilian context
- Experience from working with security related legislations and legal frameworks
- Experience from working with incident management and investigations
- Experience in handling and assessing large amounts of data
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English verbal and written
Desired skills:
- Experience from working with Swedish protective security
- Several years of experience from working for government authorities and/or in a global company including understanding of security related issues in the business process
- Experience from and ability to build and maintain networks and good relations inside as well as outside your own organization

You understand the need for balanced security in a business-driven environment. As Investigations and incident management officer at Saab you are likely to get in contact with classified information.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be a part of
Preferred stationing in this job is Stockholm or Linkping. We are a global company and we work in an international context which will require some travelling both domestic and internationally and you need to feel confident in both speaking and writing in English.
