At Deeploy we are building the leading AI governance platform to help organizations stay in control of AI. We are looking for an Account Executive to help us expand across Europe working closely with leading organizations at the forefront of AI.

  • Helping customers: Youll be the bridge between our innovative product and the real-world challenges organizations face. Your role will focus on building strong relationships delivering impactful solutions and driving customer success.

What you will own

  • Understand and Translate Customer Needs: Collaborate with organizations to uncover their strategic priorities challenges and problem statements.

  • Showcase Value Efficiently: Source new leads deliver impactful demos build strong business cases and design proof-of-concept projects that demonstrate Deeploys value in a short timeframe.

  • Shape Product Direction: Work with customer and product teams to share insights from customer challenges ensuring these are translated into product improvements that align with Deeploys roadmap.

  • Scale Expertise Across Teams: Develop a strong GTM motion with a sharp process reusable content best practices and tools to scale our commercial team empowering the broader account executive function and improving efficiency.

Who you are

  • Commercial Experience: You bring at least 3 years of experience in a commercial role offering infra products to enterprise customers.

  • Technical Understanding: You have a strong understanding of infrastructure and AI enabling you to collaborate effectively with technical stakeholders like engineers and data scientists. Youre familiar with responsible AI principles including transparency explainability and compliance frameworks.

  • Industry Expertise: You have domain expertise and a professional network in European regulated industries such as financial services (e.g. banking insurance) or public markets (e.g. government semi-government healthcare).

  • Start-Up Experience: Hands-on experience working in start-ups or fast-paced dynamic environments with the ability to adapt and thrive in evolving scenarios.

  • Language Proficiency: You are fluent in both English. Speaking Dutch is a plus.
