MANAGER INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNT OPERATIONS EUROPE

LOCATION: Amsterdam Netherlands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Manager IKA Operations Europe you are responsible forthe analysis of IKA performance data reporting and performance optimization.

You will analyze trade marketing data and provide insights to optimize promotional strategies track performance and support strategic decisions across IKA. Ensures clear reporting actionable recommendations and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Your main focus:

• Analyze sell-in sell-out promotional ROI and performance trends
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports for KPIs and insights
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making
• Recommend promotional strategy improvements (targeting timing mechanics)
• Monitor competitor promotions and collaborate with Sales Marketing Finance and Supply Chain to share insights and align actions

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to analyze data identify trends and translate insights into impactful business actions. With 24 years of experience in FMCG beauty/cosmetics or retail you combine strong analytical skills with commercial acumen and you get the energy from working in a fast-paced diverse and international environment. Other than that you:

• Are proficient in Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) with experience managing large datasets and extracting insights.
• Understand trade marketing fundamentals including promotional planning trade spend optimization and retail execution.
• Are highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Have experience working with or a strong interest in at least one of Cotys core categories: makeup skincare or fragrance.
