The Sr Operations Software Optimization will be a pivotal member of the operations team responsible for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through the strategic optimization of software and systems. This individual will lead initiatives to identify analyze and implement improvements in operational software ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The Sr Operations Software Optimization will contribute to process automation data integrity and the overall technological advancement of operational workflows. This role requires a highly analytical and technically proficient professional with extensive experience in software optimization a deep understanding of operational processes and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement.

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. It includes a base salary and performance-based bonuses.
Base Salary: $40000 MXN / month

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and optimization of existing operational software and systems identifying bottlenecks inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new software solutions or enhancements to streamline operational workflows automate manual processes and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT development and various operational departments to gather requirements integrate solutions and ensure successful deployment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for optimized software processes configurations and best practices.
- Conduct performance monitoring and troubleshooting for operational software ensuring reliability scalability and security.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can further optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide technical expertise and training to operational teams on new or optimized software features and processes.
- Manage software optimization projects from conception to completion including planning execution and post-implementation review.
- Stay abreast of industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in software optimization systems analysis or a similar role with a strong focus on operational processes.
- High proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g. Python SQL) and experience with various operational software platforms (e.g. ERP CRM WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Evaluation Metrics
- Effectiveness and quantifiable impact of software optimizations on operational efficiency (e.g. time savings error reduction).
- Successful implementation and adoption of new or enhanced software solutions.
- Quality and completeness of documentation for optimized processes.
- Proactiveness in identifying and resolving software-related operational issues.
- Contribution to the strategic advancement of operational technology.
