About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy high-IQ optimistic professional with a bias for action who can leada team of 6-8 people and:
a. lead design coordination (of architectural structural and MEP design) and
b. oversee costing scheduling billing and comprehensive planning for multiple housing complexes.

c. Preparation and review of project execution plan resource plan BOQ BOR rate analysis cost analysis and budgets and resolving deviations
various construction technologies alternate building materials and implementing viable solutions
Required Skills
background in Civil Engineering
to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
understanding of regulatory requirements cost management and construction materials.
