Why this job matters:

The client coordinator will receive investigate resolve and respond to telephone and writteninquiries from the Account Management team in support of client servicing.

What youll do:

  • Review benefit plan and other documentation for accuracy and quality control.

  • Submit requests for educational materials in support of open enrollment and other account activities and events.

  • Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce in support of our clients and Account Managers.

  • Create and update custom documentation such as customized benefits summaries SBCs and presentations.

  • Assist with on-site open enrollment and wellness events when needed.

  • Submit maintenance requests as needed for timely upkeep of client records.

  • Perform quality control and accuracy checks within the Salesforce system including renewal applications and proof-reading.

  • Submit monitor and track initiatives and processes such as Extra-Contractual Pay Beyond requests.

  • Submit reporting requests for clients and Account Managers such as deductible reports for carry-overs 5500/Schedule A requests and other reporting as needed.

  • Develops and maintains a positive working AMs Support relationship with the staff to identify and meet their business needs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

  • Highschool diploma

  • 1-3 years experience in healthcare provider or customer service marketing sales or related field

  • Knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office

  • Valid drivers license

  • Excellent organizational .skills and ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasks

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities/projects.

The Extras:

  • Associates Degree

  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM

Location:
BCBSRI is headquartered in downtown Providence conveniently located near the train station and bus terminal. We actively support associate well-being and work/life balance and offer the following schedules based on role:

  • In-office: onsite 5 days per week
  • Hybrid: onsite 2-4 days per week
  • Remote: onsite 0-1 days per week. Permitted to reside in the following states pending approval from the Human Resources Department: Arizona Connecticut Florida Georgia Louisiana Massachusetts North Carolina Oklahoma Rhode Island South Carolina Texas Virginia
