Hotel Restaurant Supervisor (Casual)

Looking for a flexible role in hospitality where no two days are the same Were on the hunt for a Casual Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly team at the Holiday Inn right here at Wolverhampton Racecourse.

Youll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and giving our guests a great experience.

What youll be doing:

Supervising restaurant and bar service during busy shifts
Supporting and guiding the front-of-house team
Making sure guests are looked after and service standards are met
Handling guest queries and keeping the vibe positive
Pitching in where needed from setting up to closing down

Were looking for someone who:

Has previous hospitality or supervisory experience
Is confident friendly and enjoys leading a team
Can stay calm under pressure and keep things moving
Is flexible and happy to work a mix of shifts including evenings and weekends
