Your role:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Analytics Lead to join our Trade business on a 12-month fixed term this dynamic role youll lead a team of analysts to deliver high-impact insights and help transform data into a powerful strategic asset. Youll partner closely with stakeholders across Sales Stores and wider Trade functions to enable smarter data-driven decision-making.

This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership and technical expertise. Youll shape and execute the analytics roadmap champion data literacy and drive self-service capabilities across the business. With a strong focus on collaboration innovation and continuous improvement this role offers the chance to make a real impact while supporting the growth and success of our Trade business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of analysts fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Define and deliver the analytics roadmap in partnership with the Trade Analytics Manager.
Design develop and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Translate complex data into clear actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy integrity and governance standards are consistently applied.
Partner with leaders across the business to understand needs and deliver meaningful insights.

Skills & Experience

Proven expertise in business intelligence or data analytics including leadership experience.
Advanced skills in Power BI SQL and data modeling (DAX Power Query etc.).
Strong understanding of data warehousing ETL processes and dimensional modeling.
Experience in retail store operations or supply chain.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
