Job Description

Job Description: Family Engagement and Enrollment Specialist
Responsibilities:
Works to ensure each person that enters the Center feels welcome. Handles administrative tasks so that the Center runs smoothly. Answers questions and offers assistance to employees families and children. Duties will consist of:
  • Handling office-related tasks such as billing collections filing organizing reporting and scheduling.
  • Maintaining accurate records for current students employees and prospective families using our day care management software (Procare) and other programs such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
  • Responding to telephone and email inquiries in a timely and polite manner.
  • Greeting parents children and visitors upon arrival and departure.
  • Assisting with closing the center two days per week.
  • Conducting tours for prospective families.
  • Monitoring daily and weekly enrollment and waitlist data to maintain a full and active roster coordinating timely onboarding as spaces become available.
  • Identifying enrollment gaps or potential withdrawals and implementing retention strategies.
  • Implementing onboarding strategies that create a seamless and engaging first experience from inquiry to first weeks enrolled.
  • Working with admin team to ensure customer expectations are met and take appropriate action to address concerns.
  • Building long-term relationships with customers through consistent engagement and personalized service.
  • Managing the Schools petty cash taking careful measures to document count and secure all deposits and withdrawals.
  • Helping to plan and execute special events and celebrations such as Pascua and Da de los Muertos.
  • Assisting owners and staff members with ad hoc needs.
  • Helping out in the classrooms or other areas of the center when needed.
  • Attending ongoing staff development activities including our evening monthly staff meeting and maintaining required level of training hours.
