We are seeking a highly motivated Management Accountant to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in providing accurate financial reporting supporting strategic decision-making and partnering with stakeholders across the business.
Monthly departmental reporting
Supporting with budgeting and forecasting
Produce and maintain cash flow forecasts
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning
Support job costing analysis
Conduct ad hoc cost reviews and deep-dive analyses
Supporting the year-end audit process
Drive continuous improvement within the role and support wider business continuous improvements
Member of CIMA/ACCA
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Use of ERP/Accounting system
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel / PowerPoint
Use of Power BI would be advantageous
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to take ownership
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business
A pragmatic approach to problem solving
Extremely organised with a proven ability to multitask and manage deadlines
High level of integrity motivation and accountability
Able to quickly learn and understand processes across multiple sites
Self-motivated and resourceful with a calm approach under pressure
