We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer specializing in Generative AI to design and build cutting-edge AI-powered applications for infrastructure and engineering challenges across the APAC this role you will be at the forefront of developing intelligent agents implementing LLM-based solutions and creating intuitive interfaces that make advanced AI accessible to our clients. You will architect end-to-end systems that leverage the latest in GenAI technology while maintaining robust scalable and user-friendly applications.

What will you do

We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecons business are the key things you will do to bring ideas to life.

• Design and develop full stack applications integrating LLMs/VLMs using modern Python frameworks (FastAPI Django) and React/.
• Build and deploy AI agents and multi-agent systems for complex engineering workflows.
• Implement graph-based execution frameworks for orchestrating sophisticated AI workflows and agent interactions.
• Develop robust MCP-compatible tools and integrations for seamless AI service communication.
• Create responsive intuitive user interfaces that effectively present AI-generated insights and enable human-AI collaboration.
• Architect and implement RAG systems with vector databases for domain-specific knowledge retrieval.
• Design real-time communication systems using WebSockets and server-sent events for streaming AI responses.
• Build/operate evaluation and monitoring systems for AI application performance accuracy and user experience.
• Collaborate with domain experts to translate infrastructure and engineering requirements into AI-powered solutions.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering error handling and graceful degradation in AI applications

Firstly strong sense of responsibility flexibility and adaptability to varying request. Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills. And as part of a new team you will have the opportunity to shape this role and have input into how we evolve it over time to WOW our employees and make an even bigger impact on the world.

You will also need the following capabilities:

Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of full stack development experience with at least 1 year focusing on AI/LLM applications
• Strong frontend development experience using JavaScript / TypeScript React Vite or similar modern frameworks
• -Proven experience in scaling products not just building prototypes or proof-of-concepts
• Solid backend knowledge ideally with Python Azure or other cloud platforms

Good to have

• Experience building developer tools and SDKs for AI integration (Preferred)
• Familiarity with multi-modal applications (text image video)
• Experience with LLM evaluation metrics and production monitoring for AI systems
