Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Power BI Developer with 8 years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering advanced business intelligence solutions. You will lead data visualization initiatives drive insights across departments and mentor junior team members while collaborating with business stakeholders to define data strategies and reporting standards.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making.
Lead the end-to-end BI lifecycle including requirement gathering data modeling DAX development and performance tuning.
Architect and optimize data models using star/snowflake schema and implement best practices in BI development.
Integrate Power BI with diverse data sources including SQL Server Azure SharePoint APIs and Excel.
Develop and maintain Power BI Dataflows Datasets and Paginated Reports.
Collaborate with data engineers and data analysts to enhance data pipelines optimize ETL workflows and ensure data quality.
Implement row-level security governance policies and Power BI workspace management.
Stay up to date with Power BI service enhancements contribute to dashboarding standards and help define data visualization guidelines.
Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior Power BI developers

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
Strong Experience in Data modeling data transformation using Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions)
Designing developing and maintaining ETL processes to integrate data into Power BI for reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of SQL is helpful for connecting to databases and retrieving data.
Understanding how to publish share and manage Power BI reports and dashboards within the Power BI Service.
Programming background is optional to learn Power BI
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of AWS JIRA
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
