Leppo Rents is looking for a Technicianwith advanced expertise to service and troubleshoot heavy underground at a customers mine site. Thisrole lets you experience the challenge of underground work for approximately 24 hours each week while also working out of our shop when not at the mine giving you the best of both worlds.

What were looking for:
- 2 years of hands-on experience with diesel hydraulic and electrical systems (skid steers mini excavators telehandlers and more)
- Ability to troubleshoot diagnose and get machines back to work quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to tackle complex repairs head-on.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus a clean driving record
- A safety-first mindset with the ability to work in more challenging underground conditions.
What Youll Do:
- Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on compact construction equipment (mechanical electrical hydraulic and diesel systems).
- Handle routine maintenance to keep our rental fleet in ready-to-work condition.
- Use computer-based diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Keep detailed repair and maintenance records and manage work orders.
- Mentor and collaborate with teammates across Parts Service Sales and Rental.
