Job Summary
Seeking an AR/AP Specialist for a family-owned packaging material manufacturing company in Bridgeton MO!

- 3 years of AR/AP experience required
- Invoicing cash applications reconciliations and some B2B collections calls
- Casual dress code & family/friendly environment

Key Responsibilities
- Issue daily invoices and process credit memos accurately
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and payments
- Investigate and resolve invoice disputes and discrepancies
- Perform proactive collection calls to ensure timely payments
- Apply payments (checks wire credit cards lockbox) to customer accounts
- Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting
- Collaborate with sales customer service and logistics teams to resolve billing issues
- Manage daily credit holds and support AP tasks related to AR
- Support audits with documentation and workpapers
- File monthly sales tax returns
What Were Looking For
- Job stability and 2 years of tenue in past roles
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 13 years AR experience preferably in manufacturing
- Familiarity with ERP systems and accounting software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
