We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support our Regional team in achieving its financial this role you will analyze financial and operational data prepare reports and monitor progress against budgets and forecasts. You will assist the Regional Controller with special studies variance analyses and the development of recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. The Financial Analyst will also be responsible for identifying trends highlighting risks and opportunities and supporting the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools and the ability to communicate findings clearly. A bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field is required and experience with ERP systems is considered a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Depending on experience Securitas will offer an annual salary of $65000-$68000 in addition to a full benefits package that includes:

Key Responsibilities:
Participates in the development of the annual region business plan and budget; assists Controller in monitoring progress against business objectives throughout the year.
Reports analyzes and interprets financial and operating data for management including cost analysis market niche reporting profitability analysis regional performance assessments contract pricing analysis and wage analysis and other ad-hoc analysis as directed.
Provides in-depth analysis and interpretation of financial data to monitor and report on progress of the Region and its profit centers compared to business plan targets.
Analyzes records of present and past operations trends and costs estimated and realized revenues administrative commitments and obligations incurred to project future revenues and expenses. Identifies and communicates loss trends.
Assists in the development of Branch and Area office reporting requirements and metrics and in the design and development of workflow processes.
Generates and distributes system reports and assists management in their utilization; may oversee or assist with information systems projects and/or ongoing operations.
Performs field office visits to analyze operations conduct audits and recommend business solutions to management.
Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assignment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field is a must.
Experience: 3years of experience in financial analysis corporate finance or a related role.
Technical Skills:
Analytical Abilities:Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to presentcomplex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and provide strategic insights based on financial data.
Team Player:Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership.

Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in financial analysis.
