Job Duties:

• Serve as the Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert offering best-practice guidance on HCM business processes and solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather define and document detailed requirements
• Analyze business needs and develop efficient effective configuration solutions that align with requirements
• Lead the design and development of configurations ensuring thorough testing of system changes for optimal performance
• Provide valuable input to the Project Manager to ensure the creation of a comprehensive and effective project plan
• Lead the identification assessment and resolution of complex technical issues and challenges
• Document and track customer product enhancement requests and any identified bugs ensuring timely follow-up
• Partner closely with the Applications Support team to ensure seamless post-implementation handoff and provide consultation on complex production issues
• Create and maintain comprehensive system and application documentation including requirements processes and procedures
• Review monthly and quarterly release notes performing regression testing to evaluate the impact of new releases on existing configurations
• Take on the role of technical lead or project manager for key initiatives ensuring smooth project execution and delivery

You Must Have

• 8 years working in technology field and relevant experience in system design and development
• 8 years of hands-on configuration implementation experience with Oracle HCM Cloud focusing on the Core HR module and Learning
• 8 years of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of HR business processes (hire-to-retire talent management benefits enrollment etc.).
• 8 years of Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis Ability to engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.
• 8 years of Proficiency in creating configuration workbooks design documents and training materials.

We Value

• Oracle Implementation Certification in the Core HR and/or Learning modules
• Experience in implementing or supporting other Oracle HCM modules
• Proficiency in SQL and report building using Oracle BI
