About the Company
We are a leading company in the gift and lifestyle sector known for our creativity innovation and commitment to delivering high-quality products. With a growing international presence we are looking to strengthen our team with a Key Account Manager for the Polish market based in Barcelona.

Position Overview
As a B2B Key Account Manager (KAM) for the Polish market you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key retail partners and distributors. Your goal will be to drive sales growth ensure customer satisfaction and expand our presence in Poland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strong long-term relationships with key clients in the Polish market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements pricing and terms to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer behavior in the gift sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product development logistics finance) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare sales forecasts reports and performance analysis for management.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and customer meetings when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Trade Marketing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as Key Account Manager or Sales Manager preferably in the gift lifestyle or fashion industry.
  • Native or near-native level of Polish; fluency in English is mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive result-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Availability to travel occasionally within Europe.
