Oversee the planning development and execution of training programs for OJJ staff across all levels and facilities
Conduct training needs assessments and align learning strategies with agency goals
Supervise training staff and manage statewide training schedules and logistics
Develop curriculum and materials for onboarding compliance leadership development and specialized programs
Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies
Ensure compliance with state regulations accreditation standards and agency policies
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support professional development initiatives
Manage training budgets contracts and reporting requirements
