Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Supervisor to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth running of office functions. The ideal candidate will be an organized leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment provides excellent support to staff and helps drive efficiency across the team.

  • Supervise train and support office staff to ensure productivity and quality service.
  • Maintain office records systems and supplies; coordinate vendor services as needed.
  • Handle escalated issues and resolve problems promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards.
  • Support leadership with special projects and administrative needs.
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member
  • Assist walk in customers with service-related issues and accept payments
  • Perform parking access control data entry database management and system audits
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to filing photocopying faxing and mailing
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
  • Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space phones parking company credit cards and office keys
  • Collect and maintain PC inventory
  • Support staff in assigned project-based work
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist and perform cashier duties when needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3 years or more previous supervisory or leadership experience in an office or administrative setting preferred
  • Must be proficient with MS Office specifically Excel MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Must possess advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management and organization
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Punctual reporting to work and dependable
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer service-focused with a professional team-oriented attitude
  • Pass a pre-employment background check including drug MVR and criminal background check.
