Are you an experienced project manager who thrives on delivering high-quality results Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex high-impact construction projects from start to this role youll drive project success by aligning scope schedule budget and quality standards while building strong relationships with clients subcontractors and team members.

What Youll Do ...
- Lead and manage multiple luxury construction projects from planning through completion overseeing scope schedules budgets resources and deliverables.
- Drive financial performance through subcontractor buyouts cost reviews forecasting and change order management.
- Partner with Pre-Construction and Estimating to transition projects and support continuous improvement.
- Identify risks early and coordinate with clients architects engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
- Conduct project reviews and provide regular progress and financial updates to the Executive Team.
- Track revenue costs and schedules collaborating with superintendents to ensure on-time delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work meets quality standards.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with clients subcontractors design teams and internal partners while mentoring junior staff.
