Inviting applications for the role of Workforce Analyst Senior Process Associate English On site Bucharest
In this role perform operational tasks within Customer Servicing area. Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions.
Responsibilities
Acquiring data from provided sources
Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators
Identify anomalies in various data sources
Filter and clean data
Incorporate data analysis into designated ongoing reports
Support Ops in driving extended analysis in scheduling rostering and reporting and other facets of Workforce Management to improve process efficiency
Use analyzed data to build reports identifying process improvement opportunities
Detailed accurate and timely completion of Intraday reports
Enforce all organizational policies procedures standards and practices
Other duties consistent with skills and experience as directed by the reporting manager
Participate in calls and meetings with higher management;
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation (any stream)
Relevant work experience in a reporting role is preferred
Proficient Excel Knowledge
Good verbal and written communication skills German B2
English min B2
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proficiency in MS office (mainly Excel);
Analytical Skills;
Excellent customer orientation and ability of multi-tasking & tasks prioritization;
Presentation Skills;
Good time management;
Problem-Solving: Seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation independently;
Continuous Improvement: Show enthusiasm for learning and commitment to continuous improvement;
Customer service orientation
