We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Cultural Travel Coordinator to join our this role youll assist clients in planning immersive trips that focus on cultural experiences whether its exploring local traditions visiting historic sites or enjoying authentic cuisine. Youll research destinations prepare proposals and coordinate itineraries while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. This position is ideal for someone passionate about travel and connecting people with unique cultural experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and recommend cultural destinations tours and activities tailored to client preferences
Prepare quotes proposals and detailed itineraries for approval
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and answer general inquiries
Work with suppliers and vendors to confirm travel arrangements
Keep client records organized and accurate throughout the booking process
Provide professional service to ensure a seamless travel experience

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with basic computer skills (email web browsing Microsoft Office or Google Workspace)
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Customer service hospitality or administrative background is a plus but not required
