You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJohnson Electric is looking for an experienced Senior Quality Manager to lead manufacturing quality assurance and quality control for our Components Business Unit. The right candidate should have experience of large-scale components manufacturing including but not limited to metal stamping injection molding precision grinding and finished form sintering.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure operations compliance to IATF16949 regulation standard.
Drive Johnson Electric production system standards and practices.
Drive shop floor quality assurance planning and quality control.
Drive effective problem solving and Quality mindset culture.
Drive lean projects leveraging automation and digitization or Quality activities.
Drive Cpk 2.0 performance and systematic continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Engineering Bachelors degree with 15 years or above relevant experience.
Strong practical experience in precision components manufacturing.
IATF quality tool practitioner; APQP PPAP SPC MSA FMEA.
Experienced problem solver using; 8D 5-Why Taguchi DOE methods.
Deep understanding of Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing.
Capable of using precision measurement equipment CMMs VMMs gages.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Fluency in English preferred.
