What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading the breakfast service with confidence precision and flair
• Preparing top-notch mise-en-place for a smooth efficient morning shift
• Keeping the kitchen spotless and fully compliant with EHO and Marriott food safety standards
• Supporting the lunch prep team and collaborating across the kitchen
• Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Helping maintain records for audits and health inspections
• Upholding a safe clean and positive kitchen environment always

What Youll Bring:

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
Passion for food early mornings and high standards
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
A can-do attitude and pride in everything you plate
