Note: Experience with StrataJazz Advanced Cost Accounting is required.
The Work:
Performs service line analysis episode of care analytics financial modeling and cost accounting to develop organizational strategies and assist in leadership decision-making
Identifies financial and operational performance trends and provides improvement recommendations for continual improvement
Participates in budget preparations financial forecasting variance analysis cost reports financial planning and ad-hoc activities
Prepare and analyze benchmarking and peer data compared to organization data
You Have:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare finance and accounting
Experience with StrataJazz Advanced Cost Accounting
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal written/verbal communication and support skills
Ability to be flexible and shift priorities quickly
Strong attention to detail
