Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
Ideal candidates for Fellows positions would be students interested in conducting research projects in the department to explore ways the Psychology Department could advance our work and understanding in this important area. Your research findings will be presented to the Department with the possibility of dissemination in other venues where appropriate (e.g. St Olafs DEI symposium).
Because Fellows will be responsible for independently designing and conducting research this opportunity is best suited to Junior or Senior Psychology majors.
Fellows are a year-long paid position through student work. Time commitment is anticipated to be 1-2 hours per week. Fellows will attend some psychology department meetings during the year and coordinate with the Fellows program psychology faculty liaison.
Fellows will collaborate with psychology faculty and students and also with the Natural Science and Math Student Action Team.

Wage Range: $11.75-12.75
