Salary range for the Scheduler is between $65000 and $75000 USD annually and is based on experience

At our facility in Schenectady you can develop your full potential sustainably by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Scheduler :

Maintain your plants production scheduling plan (Mid Long Term) so as to maximize resources optimize inventories and ensure quality customer service

Keep the planning board up to date and manage alerts relating to your function

Manage the short-term contingency in collaboration with the person in charge of production

Communicate variances and propose alternative scenarios in your planning horizon

Be the backup for the short-term production schedule

You too put forward your strengths:

2 to 5 years of experience in scheduling planning or a related supply chain role

College diploma or degree in Planning Supply Chain Operations Management or a related field

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems

Strong analytical skills to assess data anticipate issues and identify variances

Accountability and a proactive mindset in solving scheduling and production challenges

Effective resource management to optimize time labor and materials

Clear and consistent communication with planning and production teams

Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Customer-centric approach focused on service quality and responsiveness
