Were continuing to grow and have openings for the following shift!

  • 1st shift - 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
  • 2nd shift - 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.


The FlightLine/Customer Service Representative plays a critical role for Business JetCenter in providing effective customer service for clients both at the frontdesk and on the ramp. FLA/Customer Services Reps work to uphold Business Jetshigh standards of serviceability in all aspects.


This position is cross-trained between ramp operator and front desk customer service.


EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:

  • Meetand greet customers as the first point of contact both on the ramp and at thefront desk.
  • Providefull-service concierge services including but not limited to:
    • Taking service ordersfrom crew/passengers such as fueling catering etc.
    • Supply departingaircraft with coffee ice requested newspaper and catering.
    • Fill out contractforms determine charges for service requested collect payments and preparechange of address records.
    • Coordinatetransportation catering and lodging reservations.
    • Complete request andother customer contract forms.
  • Escortand assist in all transportation needs (i.e. pick up/drop off passengers).
  • Accurately invoice aircraft fueling andhandling services.
  • Completeopening and closing duties as assigned by the CSR/FLA Management.
  • Updatearrival/departure board. Communicate customer needs to appropriate departments.
  • Communicateclearly and assist the shift coordinator with aircraft call ins parking andother ramp services.
  • Monitorincoming/outgoing flights and movement on the ramp.
  • Conductfuel order dispatching with guidance by the shift coordinator
  • Work with Line Service Technicians tocoordinate and complete customer requests.
  • Presentand maintain a clean and professional lobby area with stocked refreshments forcustomers.
  • Maintainand record appropriate supply levels.
  • Professionally correspond withcustomers and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and positiveattitude with the ability to multitask.
  • Performother duties and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Highschool diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Nospecial licenses or certificates required
  • 1-2years of applicable customer service work experience
    • Previous aviation or FBO experience preferred.
  • Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills
  • Excellentanalytical and organizational skills
  • Strongproblem-solving skills
  • Abilityto maintain accurate and detailed records
  • Ability to multitask and provide highstandard of customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingnessto listen and learn
  • Abilityto think creatively and innovatively
  • Ability to differentiate aircraft typesas well as understand military time and phonetic alphabet
  • Proficientcomputer skills and customer service software
  • Self-starter with a willingness to learnand develop and take feedback well
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Abilityto attain Love Field Badge


Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to various weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to very loud noise levels in and around their work environment. The physical demands regularly required are to sit for extended periods of time squat crawl climb along with the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Daily interaction with Clients where tact and decorum are mandatory while maintaining a team effort in customer service.
