Job Description:
Must-Have Requirements:
- 1-3 years of overall experience
- Proficiency in banking systems (APPIAN and t24) / Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Credit Card application process experience
- Solid understanding of private banking operations including client confidentiality and relationship sensibility
- Strong communication to interact professionally with internal departments and vendors
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Nice-To-Haves:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field prefer
