Starting pay : $17/hr Based on Experience

Schedule: Mon - Fri 6am until finish

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform cutting trimming slicing deboning and portioning of various seafood products according to order specifications and USDA guidelines.

• Conduct Quality Control checks to ensure high-quality products without defects bruises or blemishes.

• Comprehend and follow customer-specific instructions accurately.

• Separate and seal seafood portions and byproducts into specified containers.

• Collaborate with supervisors and production managers to effectively schedule seafood production.

What We Require:

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in accurately and efficiently cutting and trimming various seafood products or any similar relevant experience in restaurants.

• Working knowledge of production equipment and strict adherence to companys Quality Control procedures.

• Proficiency in problem-solving for seafood trimming and product substitutions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with a positive attitude.

• Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with seafood product specifications and guidelines for internal product requirements.
