Cutter Operator

Reports to:Cutting Department Manager

FLSA:Hourly

Position Summary

We are seeking a Cutter operator to work in our Cutting Department.

We are hiring 2ndCutter Operator operate guillotine & die cutting equipment to cut printed paper & plastic accurately productively and under tight tolerances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This positions primary duties may include:

Operate guillotine & die cutting
Perform routine operator equipment maintenance (as needed)
Loading or unloading various media (Up to 50lbs)
Complete documentation of time material and quality control
Seeing complete jobs to the next level of production
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Basic Qualifications (Education Experience Skills)

5 Years of experience operating guillotine and die cutting equipment

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Ability to read write and speak English fluently.

Ability to count add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.

Availability and willingness to work overtime as needed
